Shipping Information

• Because our website shows 'real-time' inventory most items are in-stock and available for immediate shipment. Occasionally, there may be inventory errors and an item will have to be ordered from the manufacturer.  If this is the case, we will notify you via email.
  
• We ship most domestic packages via UPS, please provide a valid physical address (no PO Boxes please).  
• If you have a special shipping request that is not one of our normal options, please note your request in the "Comments" section during checkout.
• There is a six item limit on all purchases of Levi's® or Dockers® products.
• Free UPS Ground Shipping Valid on orders over $100
  

Pick-up in store

For our customers in Des Moines, or just driving through, you can now shop online and choose to pick-up your items in our store.  This option will be available at checkout and you will be charged no shipping fees.  We will notify you via email when your order is ready to be picked up at our store.  Please pick-up orders at the front of the store.  

Footwear

All Footwear will be shipped at no charge via UPS Ground anywhere in the United States.  Free Shipping does not apply to 2-Day-Air packages or International Packages, Socks, or Traction devices including YakTrax. 

Estimated Delivery

Most orders will ship from our store in Des Moines, Iowa within 2 - 4 days of purchase. Some items purchased may be backordered and could take an additional 2 - 3 weeks for processing.  If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible via email.   If you have any questions regarding the current availability of an item please contact us and we'll be glad to assist you.
