Shipping Information | | General Policies
- Under our current processing system, your credit card is authorized and charged at checkout.
- We ship most domestic packages via UPS, please provide a valid physical address (no PO Boxes please).
- If you have a special shipping request that is not one of our normal options, please note your request in the "Comments" section during checkout.
- There is a six item limit on all purchases of Levi's® or Dockers® products.
International Customers
- On International purchases you are responsible for any customs, duty or taxes charged by your country.
- Please note that "free shipping" promotions and discount codes DO NOT apply to international customers.
- International orders will only ship when complete once all items are available - we do not ship partial orders.
- We cannot ship Levi's®, Dockers® or Dickies products outside the United States.
- Refunds issued will be in US dollars for the amount of purchase - we are not responsible for currency exchange rate fluctuations.
Pick-up in store
For our customers in Des Moines, or just driving through, you can now shop online and choose to pick-up your items in our store. This option will be available at checkout and you will be charged no shipping fees. We will notify you via email when your order is ready to be picked up at our store. Please pick-up orders at the front of the store.
Estimated Delivery
Most orders will ship from our store in Des Moines, Iowa within 2 - 4 days of purchase. Some items purchsed may be backordered and could take an additional 2 - 3 weeks for processing. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible via email. If you have any questions regarding the current availability of an item please contact us and we'll be glad to assist you.

We ship worldwide and offer the following shipping options when you complete your online purchase. Please allow 24 - 48 hours processing time before orders are shipped or you receive your status notification.
- UPS Ground Shipping (3 - 5 business days in the Continential United States)
- UPS Second Day Air (2 business Days in the Continential United States)
- UPS Worldwide Express Saver(3 - 5 days to most International Locations)
- USPS Priority (APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Protectorates)
- USPS Express (2 - 3 days to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Protectorates)
- USPS Worldwide Express (4 - 6 days to Canada, New Zealand, Mexico and South Africa)
