It's as easy as 1-2-3. 

1. Fill out and Return/Exchange form that was included in your order.  (you can also print one off below)

2. Go to www.gandlclothing.upsrow.com and print off your FREE return label

3. Send the items, the return/exchange form and a copy of your receipt back using your printed label.  

*Exchanges will be free of charge. (ground shipping for residents in 48 lower us states)  All orders returned for a refund will incur a $5.95 restocking fee for use of the UPS return label.   

We hope you enjoy the items you purchase, but if you need to send back an item for an exchange or refund, please note the following:

• Refunds:  We will accept back merchandise for a refund within 40 days of your receipt of items
• Exchanges:  We will except back merchandise for an exchange within 90 days your receipt of items
• Damages:  If an item is damaged in shipment or flawed, please contact us directly for instructions.
• Wrong Item:  If you receive an item that is different from what you purchased, please contact us for a replacement.

 All merchandise sent back for an exchange must be in brand new condition and still have manufacturer tags attached.  We reserve the right to reject any return that appears to have been washed, worn, or does not have tags attached.  Additionally, we normally do not accept back returns for Flame Resistant merchandise. Please include a copy of the packing list you received (or a printed copy of the email receipt you received) and fill out the yellow Merchandise Return form.  If you have lost this form, please click here to download a new copy.
