1. How do I make a purchase?

You can shop any of our product categories above, such as Men's, Women's, Kids', etc. Select the the product image of the product you would like to purchase or are interested in and select the correct size for your order. If the size is not available, we do not have the inventory to sell you. If you can select your size, add the product to your cart. You will then be prompt to go to your cart or keep shopping, if you continue shopping repeat the prior steps until you are finished shopping.

Next you will select the cart button at the top right of gandlclothing.com. This will allow you to add your contact, billing and shipping, information and pay for your purchase.

2. Can I place an order over the telephone?

Yes, you can call us at 1-800-222-7027 ext. 221 between 8am- 5pm CST, Monday - Friday to speak with someone or leave a message outside this window to receive a call back.

3. Do I need an account to place an order online?

No, but we recommend it. We do send conformation information and promotions to our online members. This is an easy process and again if you feel you are having any issues call us: 1-800-222-7027 ext. 221

4. How will I know if you got my order?

After you have submitted your payment information, you will see a thank you message with confirmation that we have received your order. Once we receive the prompt that you were approved in the payment center, we will fill your order within 12-24 business hours. If there is an inventory issue we will contact you promptly with all options!

5. What if I'm unable to choose a certain size or color?

Most times if you cannot choose a size or color it means we are out of stock. If you are having issues finding your size feel free contact us and we can double check for you.

6. Can I add items to an existing order?

No, once an order is complete you cannot add anything to it. If your order has not been shipped you can call and place an additional order over the phone and we can ship your orders together.

7. Why does the price change when I choose a certain size?

Sometime Big and Tall sizes are more expensive, so the price will increase when you choose the larger size.

8. I've seen a certain item in your store, but I don't see it on your website. Why?

Not all of our merchandise is listed on our website. You can always call and place an order over the phone by calling 1-800-222-7027 and speaking to a sales associate.


1. Can I track my order online?

We ship all our orders using a hybrid service called UPS Sure Post. When we send your order a tracking number will be attached and e-mailed to you. You can watch this order step-by-step during the process by utilizing UPS's website: http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html

2. What do I do if I accidentally chose "In store pick up" and I need my order to be shipped?

If your order is over $49, you just need to contact us and let us know you want it to be shipped. If your order is less than $49 you will need to pay for shipping, according to package weight. That payment will need to be made over the phone with a credit card at 1-800-222-7027 ext. 221.
