Carhartt clothing uses the toughest 100% ring spun cotton duct in manufacturing its jackets and outerwear. For lightweight insulation try the 100% polyester Thermal lining or the charcoal heather 100% polyester Fleece lining. Medium weight warmth jackets have Sherpa or Blanket linings. Extra warmth is provided by 100% quilted flannel lining - available in the popular J130 and J140 active jackets. Carhartt also offers the heaviest work clothing utilizing its Arctic weight lining. For the toughest of conditions, try Arctic Extreme workwear - complete with 1000-denier Cordura nylon, water-repellent polyurethane finish to resist water.  Arctic Extreme workwear is made in the active jacket, coat, bib and coverall.    Carhartt work clothes also make a huge selection of mens Carhartt jeans, Carhartt work pants, and Carhartt shorts. Traditional Fit pants have a straight leg with either a tapered or regular opening at the bottom. Relaxed Fit carhartt jeans have a relaxed thigh, straight leg and a tapered or regular opening. Carhartt jeans in the Loose Fit have a loose seat, loose thigh, straight leg, and a wide opening to fit over work boots. Finally, the Carhartt Dungaree Fit has a full seat, full thigh and wide leg to fit over work boots.  Each of these styles of carhartt jeans and work dungarees comes in a variety of washes and colors.
